Many years ago, I had a beautiful dream. In this dream I saw thousands of scientists looking eagerly for the Truth. They committed themselves to come together each three years to share the advances in their quest. Many years ago, I had this precious dream and now I am very pleased to welcome you to share knowledge and friendship in Cancún. Colleagues and friends from 52 differente countries will enrich this Congress, working together to reach the World Health Organization goal: "Health for all by the year 2000".
