María Victoria de la Cruz (1916-1999)-una apreciación Maria Victoria de la Cruz was a very person. I first met her through the leterature, and I must admit that my colleagues and I dis not totally agree with her initial concepts as we understood them. Indeed, a polemic was published in the British Heart Journal which brought these disagreements into the public domain.
