Resumen

Moya Moya disease is a progressive cerebral vascular occlusive rare that can cause recurrent ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, which affects mostly the pediatric population, occurs occasionally in young adults. Its etiology is still uncertain and there are multiple treatments have been proposed to improve cerebral perfusion to a brain sentenced to chronic ischemia in this review, we discuss issues from their pathophysiology, possible theories regarding the etiology, manifestations, treatments available and our experience in the central military hospital with the disease.
