Dear Editor: I have read with great interest the recent manuscript published in your Journal entitled: Systemic Immunoglobulin light chain amyloidosis in Mexico: a single institution, 30 year experience. I would like to congratulate the authors for trying to give us a better clinical and biological understanding on this rare entity not fully reported in the Mexican literature before.
